Our company wishes to support our clients through products and services that satisfy their extremely diverse needs.
Supply Chain Management Center developed several subjects in the fields of logistics, for each of them preparing a set of concepts based on which the materials are developed according to the form and the delivery of courses.

STAGES of an in-house training courses

  • Analysis and diagnosis of the present situation  
  • Based on interviews, tests and questionnaires, after which a curriculum to be developed during the course is established.
  • Building the program based on the previously defined curriculum
  • Presenting the program
  • The program composed of one or more sessions in the previously established locations
  • Closely observe the evolution and the development
  • Following the programs, and based on the goals established by the organization’s management, an action plan with periodical evaluation is created.
  • Evaluation / Follow-up
  • Examination and consolidation stages for the concepts discussed during the course.
