Otter Distribution's collaboration with the SCMC team in general, and with Mrs. Adriana Palasan in particular, began more than 10 years ago when we aimed to implement a WMS system in our central warehouse. We started virtually from scratch, and by the end of the implementation—after a great deal of effort from both teams—we had all processes and operational specifications documented, better cost and productivity control in the warehouse, and a fully implemented WMS system for all types of operations.
