Key advantages of the platform

eTSM Application – RO-eTransport module

Automation

The RO e-Transport module, developed by our company, enhances the eTSM solution by facilitating automation and optimization of internal company processes. It enables mathematical-based gate scheduling, considering resource constraints. With the RO e-Transport module, users can obtain the UIT code by importing an Excel file and filling in the required ANAF information based on the selected operation type.

Digitalisation

The application allows multiple users from the beneficiary company to access it, each using their ANAF-registered tokens. Users with an electronic signature only need to log in once to obtain the necessary token for accessing the Virtual Private Space (SPV) to transmit files and retrieve the UIT code.

Optimization

The eTSM application and its RO e-Transport module provide companies with a robust and efficient solution for managing and optimizing logistics operations. By automating processes and improving supply chain visibility, eTSM helps reduce costs, optimize resources, and enhance operational efficiency.

Driver's guide on how to use the UIT code

The first step towards satisfied customers

It is advisable for drivers to check it at every step, as external suppliers are not yet willing to make all the efforts for their clients, companies in Romania, to be in compliance. The lack of borders does not mean the absence of control from ANAF, which can stop any truck in traffic, and vehicle numbers can be captured and verified by cameras installed either at the border crossing or on the roads.

Prevention is the easy way, and why not, it can become a sales tool towards new customers. You can download the full guide by completing this short form.
