Privacy Policy

The operator / processor that collects / processes personal data is the company Supply Chain Management Center SRL (hereinafter referred to as “SCMC”), with its registered office at Sfantul Elefterie Street, no. 11, sector 5 – Bucharest, identified by J40/14481/2006 and CUI RO 19008889, represented by administrator Adriana-Florenta Palasan.

The Data Protection Officer within SCMC is Anca Bunea, who can be contacted at the e-mail address gdpr@supply-chain.ro.

SCMC will collect and process the following categories of personal data: identification data and contact data (surname and first name, series and number of the Identity Card, electronic correspondence address / mobile phone number), information regarding the workplace (position and length of service).

Purpose/purposes of data processing and legal basis: where applicable, valid conclusion of conventions, carrying out activities and exercising legitimate rights or interests, according to art. 6 GDPR.

Personal data will be collected and processed, in essence, as follows: as appropriate, through written conventions or through IT systems and platforms.

The recipient of personal data is: SCMC.

The time interval in which the data will be stored is: as appropriate, either the duration necessary to carry out activities based on contractual relationships, or a maximum interval of 5 (five) years.

SCMC recognizes and guarantees, among others, the main rights applicable with regard to the collection / processing of personal data, such as:

• right to information;
• right to withdraw consent;
• right to access/rectify/update data;
• right to erasure of data;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to object;
• right to data portability;
• right to access human intervention, to express one's point of view and to contest the decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling;
• right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing, whose full contact details can be found at the web address www.dataprotection.ro

The above-mentioned rights and any other legitimate rights or interests circumscribed to the protection of personal data can be exercised by simply formulating a request communicated to SCMC at the address of the registered office mentioned above or by e-mail gdpr@supply-chain.ro.
